Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County’s Mandel Center for Leadership Development and the Mandel Jewish Community Center are pleased to announce the Leadership, Engagement, Action and Planning (LEAP) program for the Mandel JCC. LEAP Mandel JCC is designed for young adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s  who want to grow their networks, leadership skills, and understanding of the Palm Beach Jewish community, helping ensure our active vibrant Jewish community continues to thrive.  The program consists of a variety of leadership sessions and social engagements from November 2025 to May 2026.  This program is for leaders at the Mandel JCC in Boynton Beach and the Mandel JCC in Palm Beach Gardens. Sessions will be hosted throughout the community.

1. Wednesday, November 12- Opening Session
2. Wednesday, December 3- Session 2
3. Thursday, December 18- Session 3
4. Thursday, January 8- Session 4
5. Friday, January 23- Shabbat Dinner with OneTable
6. Monday, January 26- Mandel JCC Film Fest
7. Thursday, February 5- Session 5
8. Thursday, March 19- Session 6
9. Sunday, April 12- Good Deeds Day
10. Thursday, April 30- Closing Session
